As y'all can see, I'm having steak (lean filet) and broccoli for lunch. High protein and low carb fills you up and contributes to muscle strength and growth. Immediately after my workout today, I drank a protein drink mixed with some carbs for energy. About an hour later I'm hungry again and ready to eat this great lunch. Fill up and don't leave hungry. These are calories your body burns quickly!
